We’re just about coming round to recovering from Camden Rocks 2015 and would like to take this opportunity to extend our thanks to everyone involved in turning Camden Town in to a mile long trail blaze of live music on Saturday.
200 bands of new and established status who all supported the festival in the run up to the event and gave it every last drop in their performances on the day. Their crew, agents & management teams who often go unrecognised behind the scenes.
The 20 live music venues and their teams who really are just the life blood of Camden Town and work tirelessly to keep Camden buzzing as it should be.
Our own production crew and contractors from stage managers, wristbanders, runners and many more, who all worked above and beyond.
Dr. Martens for being an absolutely legendary headline sponsor – we’re so proud to have been able to partner with an organisation with such long standing support and passion for the British music scene. From getting right behind the festival, to working with bands on the line up and your pop-up van, you absolutely rock.
Kraken Rum for once again bringing the good stuff to Camden Town – their Kraken Stable with in situ artist tattooing Dr. Marten boots, their Kraken Hunter and Krakenette teams running wild all over Camden plying festival goers with speciality Kraken shots and Kraken cocktails are definitely a festival favourite.
Orange Amps for being the legends who powered all the sound on the day, providing amplification to all electric venues across the festival bringing the highest quality sounds to all of our ears.
Sound Moves UK whose expertise in band & touring logistics made sure the right stuff was in the right place at the right time – thank you!
Ecigs UK for getting right behind the festival and ensuring that all you nicotine lovers out there didn’t have to miss out on your favourite band by leaving the venue!
Our media partners Team Rock for being bloody awesome and not only offering festival goers a free subscription to their amazing online catalogue of music journalism, but featuring many of the artists performing at the festival in the run up. Thank you too to Vive Le Rock, Big Cheese and Sonic Shocks magazines, and all other publications that have featured Camden Rocks in the run up. Thank you for your support!
Our press agency Division PR and social media agency Anaconda Media for all their hard work promoting the festival over the last six months.
And of course the ticket agents who all supported the event throughout – See Tickets, Ents24, Ticketweb, Ticketline, Stargreen, Music Glue, Eventim, Gigantic, Songkick and Skiddle.
There’s so many more people to thank in bringing this event to the streets of Camden and making it the sell out that it was. We can’t thank you all enough.
Camden is such a special place for live music in the UK and we feel privileged to be able to put on a day of such outstanding musical variety and quality for fans of live music, but couldn’t have done it without the collective efforts of all involved.
– Thank you!
