FAQs

How does it work?
A ticket to Camden Rocks Festival gives you access to all 200+ bands & 20+ venues making up the festival.

It gives you the opportunity to see the best new and established bands in twenty of Camden’s most legendary and intimate music venues.

Please note that access to any venue at any given time during the festival is not guaranteed as access to venues is subject to their licensed capacity. Once a particular venue reaches capacity, that venue will operate on a one in one out basis until the head count in the venue reduces to below capacity. If there is a particular (or popular) artist you a very keen to see, you are recommended to get to the venue they are performing in early to reduce the chance of the venue being full when you arrive.

For full terms and conditions please see here.

I have been sent my ticket in the post, can I go straight to the venues on the day of the festival?
No – you will need to exchange your ticket for your festival wristband on arrival at the festival.

Where do I exchange my festival ticket for a wristband / collect tickets on the day?
Please see information on the wristband exchange here.

Can I exchange my ticket for my wristband before the day of the festival?
Unfortunately not. All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands on the day of the festival.

My tickets haven’t arrived, what shall I do?
If you have not received your tickets 5 days before the festival please contact the ticket agent that you purchased your ticket through. The Ticket agent will then mark your ticket as undelivered, which will ensure that no one else can gain entry with your ticket should it have ended up in the wrong hands. Please do not arrive at the festival without having notified the ticket agent as the ticket will be counted as delivered and valid and we will not be able to permit you entry.

I gave the wrong address for delivery when I booked my ticket. What shall I do?
Please contact the ticket agent that you purchased your ticket through.

I’m buying my ticket too late for my tickets to be delivered by post, how will I get my wristband on the day?
Please bring the card you purchased the ticket with and your e-ticket confirmation to the wristband exchange on the day of the festival.

I brought my ticket through a ticket agent that doesn’t post tickets, how will I get my festival wristband on the day?
Please bring the card you purchased the ticket with and your e-ticket confirmation to the wristband exchange on the day of the festival.

My friend brought my ticket for me on their card and we will now be arriving separately. Can I still collect my ticket and wristband?
All festival goers need to attend the wristband exchange to be wristbanded in person. You cannot collect wristbands to give out to your friends later on.

If the card holder will be arriving at the event first, they will be able to leave tickets with our team at the wristband exchange for their friend(s) to collect later on. The person named as collecting the ticket(s) later will need to bring ID to the wristband exchange to verify they are the person you have named.

If you have opted to collect your tickets on the day from our wristband exchange and your friends will be arriving before the card holder, please ensure they have a letter from the card holder giving permission for them to collect the tickets. This letter needs to state the ticket agent the tickets were purchased through, the booking reference number, the name of the card holder, the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used to make the booking, the name of the person that will be collecting the ticket(s) on the day AND the number of tickets they are authorised to collect. The person named as collecting the ticket(s) should also bring ID to verify they are the person stated in the letter.

This is to protect your tickets getting in to the wrong hands.

Can I buy a ticket in person before the day?
